Damage, Returns & faults
In the unlikely event of a product failure please cntact us first, many problems that appear to be faults can be rectified with a simple procedure. We will dscuss the fault with you and if we cannot assit we will provide th contact details for the relevant manufacturer.
Returns - As part of the distance selling rights, you have the right to return a product and cancel the order within the first 14 days of purchase for a refund, this includes unwanted, incorrect and/or faulty items. Will will arrange colelction free of charge for faulty or incorrect products. Please note if and order is unwanted, the product must be as new with all the original packaging and all items in an as new condition, we cannot accept returns of installed items, missing and/or damaged packinging etc, please contact us for advise. We can orgainse a collect of an unwanted prodcut but a charge may be applied, you can return the item to us it you wish.
If a fault occurs within the first 14 days please contact us immediatley for advise.
Faults - In the unlilely event of a warranty repair within the warranty period we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to arrange a service call, you will require your serial number and proof of purchase. Goods found to have a fault not covered by warranty for example damage/breakage through misuse, incorrect operation or wear and tear, will not be covered under warranty.
Damages - If after receiving your goods they are found to be damaged in anyway, you must inform us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods items. We can extend this in exceptional circumstances but this will need to be agreed in advance. A damaged item is not the same as a faulty item, damage is a visible defect and not an operating fault.
