Welcome to the Online Appliance Centre delivery page, here you can read some details regarding how you order is delivered, what to expect and whats required of you to ensure a smooth problem free delivery. Choose the product you like add it to  your shopping cart and process at the checkout in a few clicks. Our store offers a secure protecged website and secure payment processing by Barclaycard payments. 

Information, Warranty, Delivery & Returns

Our delivery policy


Large Appliances including Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Fridge Freezers, cookers etc, will normally be delivered in 3/6 working days to a room of you choice depending on access, our service is not a kerb side pallet service like many of our competitors. Please ensure access is free from obstrcutions, floors are covered, hanging lights are removed or secrured, walls are protected etc, as the appliances are large, heavy, awkward to move. Delivery is based on a one man dleivery service and this poses no issue for normal access deliveries, please let us know of and steps, stairs, steep driveways or any other potential problem that may hinder delivery. 


All deliveries are undertaken Monday to Saturday between 7:00 & 21:00, you will be informed as soon as has been scheduled and given a date and time slot.


For large appliances, USA fridges, range cookers etc, we can offer a door to door 2 man dleivery service for £60. If you have different delivery requirements, please contact us now and one of our specialised sales team will be able to help. please note some appliances may come direct from the manufacturer or a courier service, your order delivery serivce will be confirmed with your confirmation email.



The online appliance centre is as its name suggest and online retailer only, we have no showroom and can therefore pass these savings onto you. We buy from Europes largest buying groups in bulk, all products come with a full UK manufacturer warranty and are UK specification appliances, no grey imports! Our office is manned from 9:00 & 17:00 Monday to Friday, outside of these hours please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Damage, Returns & faults 


In the unlikely event of a product failure please cntact us first, many problems that appear to be faults can be rectified with a simple procedure. We will dscuss the fault with you and if we cannot assit we will provide th contact details for the relevant manufacturer.


Returns - As part of the distance selling rights, you have the right to return a product and cancel the order within the first 14 days of purchase for a refund, this includes unwanted, incorrect and/or faulty items. Will will arrange colelction free of charge for faulty or incorrect products. Please note if and order is unwanted, the product must be as new with all the original packaging and all items in an as new condition, we cannot accept returns of installed items, missing and/or damaged packinging etc, please contact us for advise. We can orgainse a collect of an unwanted prodcut but a charge may be applied, you can return the item to us it you wish.


If a fault occurs within the first 14 days please contact us immediatley for advise. 


Faults - In the unlilely event of a warranty repair within the warranty period we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer to arrange a service call, you will require your serial number and proof of purchase. Goods found to have a fault not covered by warranty for example damage/breakage through misuse, incorrect operation or wear and tear, will not be covered under warranty.


Damages - If after receiving your goods they are found to be damaged in anyway, you must inform us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods items. We can extend this in exceptional circumstances but this will need to be agreed in advance. A damaged item is not the same as a faulty item, damage is a visible defect and not an operating fault.
